《手拉手》（《Hand In Hand》）是1988年第24届汉城奥运会的主题歌。是由汤姆·怀特洛克（美）作词，吉奥吉·莫洛作曲 （Giorgio Moroder，意大利），Koreana组合演唱。这首旋律动听的电子乐是历届奥运会中传唱最广的主题曲，萨马兰奇曾认为其是最成功的奥运会主题曲，甚至考虑将它定为永久会歌。Koreana这个临时组合算得上是实力唱将。这首意大利人、美国人、韩国人共同制作的歌曲，是真正的国际化合作。
